Salt, wind, public foreshore interfaces, and drainage to harbour or ocean change materials, levels and sometimes the approvals path. They do not all apply to every Manly address.
We will not label a property “coastal hazard” from this webpage. That is an observation that requires a dataset, a document, or an engineer. The check captures whether coastal exposure is a concern so the file is not silent.
